Stable Wallet Limited, a limited British Virgin Islands business company (“Stable Wallet”, “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides access to the Stable wallet application (the “Application”) and associated products (together, the “Products”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are and how and why we collect, store, use, and share your personal and other information in connection with use of the Products. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us.
By using the Products, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to and incorporated by reference to our Terms of Service posted on app.stable.xyz.
Personal Information: We may collect and use the following personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonable capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you when you use our Products. This information may include your name, email address, contact information, Google or Apple profile image, other unique identifiers, financial information, or other information regarding your use of our Products or any other personal information you voluntarily share with us. We may receive your public wallet address or information about transactions made through your use of the Products from our service providers in order to comply with our legal obligations and prevent fraudulent or other illicit activities via use of the Products.
This personal information is required to provide products and/or services to you. If you do not provide personal information we ask for, it may delay or prevent us from providing products and/or services to you.
Other Information Collected: Stable Wallet collects non-identifiable information, such as public on-chain data, and limited off-chain data (e.g., the device type or browser version used to access and use the Application or other Products), as necessary to provide the Products to you, as well as for internal evaluation and enhancement of our Products. When you connect to the blockchain wallet Application or any other Products, we may collect and store your publicly-available blockchain address, which is publicly-available information and by itself is not personal information, to evaluate your use of the Products and to screen your wallet for any prior illicit activity.

“Shine the Light” and “Eraser” Laws: Residents of the State of California may request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed certain information during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
Do-Not-Track Disclosures: We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”) requests. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
We have appropriate security measures in place designed to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

Our Products are not directed to children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly solicit, collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete any personal information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.
